Beautifully pure, precise, and laser-focused, this is a stunning sparkling wine. It has gorgeous apple, pear, and black truffle notes and slivered almonds with chalky minerality and ginger on the finish.. It is full-bodied and richly layered, which is surprising given the 0g/L dosage. Some 40% of reserve wine from 2013 was blended, layering in autolytic notes, with no malolactic fermentation. This is a stunning Champagne from Le Mesnil sur Oger from two lieux-dits Les Musettes and Les Hauts d'aillerand. This is very special. 100% Chardonnay
